WE ARE PREPARING A NEW GARDEN

We are building a new Garden!

Most of our visitors know the small colourful garden that runs on the left side of the path leading to the stone bridge. The timber retaining wall is being replaced with more suitable stones and the gardens will be rebuilt to look even more attractive.

When? May 6 to 19

The Botanic Gardens remain open.

However, the stone bridge over the lake will be closed during the work. Access to all of the gardens will be via the path between the lower car park and the Pavilion below the main car park, leading behind the Piccabeen Lawn or via the path leading from the Pavilion toward the Piccabeen Lawn. See the photo. Follow the signage.

There will also be minor disruptions to on-site parking but the toilet block will remain accessible.
