Channel 7’s The Great South East team spent Monday morning exploring the fabulous Tallaringa garden and filming for a segment about our Springtime on the Mountain gardens festival coming up on the last weekend in September.

Presenter Jillian Whiting interviewed Springtime convenor Margaret Pile and the crew filmed the Youngman family walking through their extensive gardens.

The team was blown away by extraordinary views, the many plants in full flower, including the magnolias, camellias and even four pots of dark red tulips that John Youngman brought out especially for the camera.

The dark red tulips caught the cameraman's eye.

You will be able to see the results of their visit in a segment of The Great South East on Channel 7 at 5.30pm on Sunday, September 13.
